Description

Wanted to make my own version of the future with no big trades this offseason. I think 9.5mil for Zibanejad and Fox is very fair, though there is enough on the table for 10million each if necessary. Kakko and Kravtsov get matching short term deals similar to Chytil. Barring any insane breakouts, I think these deals are fair.

I think this will all work out long term; all the buyouts are over with following this year, and with another 1million cap raise as projected, the Rangers will have 12 roster spots signed and 17.6million to sign Chytil (~4million), Laffy (~4million), Miller (~2million), a few bottom 6 contracts, and a backup goalie. There will be roughly 7.6million for the remaining 6-8 contracts, which should be doable.

For the purposes of the roster on this page, sub McKegg, Khodorenko, and Kinkaid for comparable players with similar contracts if necessary.
