Do you mean 4 1sts total or 7 1sts?

4 seams reasonable but 7 does not.

I doubt Dahlin signs that cheap with Nurse getting over 9M

$5M retention isn't happening. Even if it was, add at least 3 more 1sts in value to pay for it. This is completely ludicrous. Just absolutely horrendous.

Tampa can't afford Eichel even at $5,000,000 per. And with Nirse getting $9,250,000 per Dahlin will get more then $7,000,000 per.
