Salary Cap Mode: Basic

Most projections are Pettersson under 8 mil for 3 yrs and Hughes either 3 yrs at 5ish or 6 yrs at 7-8. Really looking at our contracts the only really bad one is Myers being overpaid and we will see how OEL works in Van.

We have a ton of offence on this team now.
-Lotto Line still one of the best in the NHL
-Bo's line is going to be crazy fast with Nils and Conner on his wings and no longer against top lines with our 3rd and 4th line depth.
-Dickenson line is going to be brutal for top lines to play against and Vasily looks like he could be the playmaker for both Pearson and Dickinson to finish.
- Energy line just adds youth to the right wing and now is appropriately costed at roughly 3 mil vs the 10 mil in Motte/Beagle/Erikson that it used to be and you add speed/grit in your right wing now with options like Highmore or MacEwen.

On Defense we know have 3 sets of offensive LD and Defensive RD with option of putting better Defensive players in like Shenn and Olli if need be depending on how Rathbone works out. But OEL takes some of those top minutes off Hughes and Rathbone is my wildcard for extra offence from the back line.

I cant wait to see our new PP and Defense with new coaching in both those areas as our PP was boring and motionless and Defense felt confused at the best of times.

And really if we are having a stellar year we actually have decent cap space to make a push for a deep playoff run with the LTIR from Ferland at the deadline.
