Description

Make the best team possible while getting as close as possible to the Cap Floor without exceeding it. Must include 12F, 6D, and 3G. Can NOT use any contract that pays more than $5,000,000. No ELCs allowed. Can only repeat the same team once. And since this is about Buffalo, you must use at least one player from the Sabres that match all the criteria.
