Hasn't been any Eichel trades to ny lately. I wouldn't do it but that's what people say it will take to retain. Which is exactly why I wouldn't.

What people say it? Buffalo fans? They are delusional. This trade is Georgiev, Hajek, Strome, Kakko, Kravstov and Schneider for a busted neck Eichel and Eakins, PLUS, the Rangers get saddled with the terrible cap hit for Koskinen to be a back up. That is the definition of insanity. Nice to know YOU wouldn't do it, so why post it?

Edmonton and Montreal don't do those trades. Buffalo would accept though.
