Russo is exempt from waivers this year. And i can see Nosek and Frk possibly being our #13 and #14 forwards this year.

As long as Zetterberg is on the team, He will continue to be our #1 C and Larkin will probably continue on the 3rd line for a few more years here.

Detroit already lost Martin Frk to waivers earlier this year and re-claimed him. Detroit is treating Frk like they did Tomas Jurco, so I wouldn't be surprised if he's not on the team in the next couple years. I'm just spit-balling and wondering if Nyquist or Tatar plus a pick would get Fowler? It might be in Detroit's best interest to shop Danny DeKeyser aggressively as I think that contract might come back to bite them. What is Robbie Russo? He was a 4th-round draft pick by the New York Islanders and was he acquired in the Alan Quine deal last year? Everyone seems hell-bent on Russo, and he's going to be 24 next season, as far as I'm concerned you can loop him into the same category as Dylan McIlrath. They might as well re-sign McIlrath or else that Thomas Vanek deal was a complete waste of time at the deadline...
