Salary Cap Mode: Basic

Description

Must have played at least 1 game in the NHL during the 2020-2021 season. I am using the Olympic roster Rules (3 goalies, 8 Defensement (7 Actives), 14 Forward ( 13 active). The age restriction is based on this season.

Goalies: I went with Spencer Knight (FLA) as the starter because he is the only nhl ready. Primeau (MTL) and Luukkonen (BUF) will be backing him up. The only other possible option was Ivan Prosvestov (ARI).

Defense: In the barely miss the cut we have K'Andre Miller (NYR), Tobias Bjornfot (LAK), Bowen Byram (COL), Erik Brannstrom (OTT). They were all great option but I perfered to use Jokiharju who has more experience in the NHL. Some Other Prospect might have been considered if they had more games under their belt. The defensement I chose are great puck mover with at least decent speed and offensive skill. Miro Heiskanen will be the top D on the team and a major key to the team success.

Forward: There is a great number young quality player in the league so there is a lot of name that could make this team but couldn't. Honorable Mentions to Alexis Lafrenière (NYR), Eelie Tolvanen (NSH), Gabriel Vilardi (LA), Kaapo Kakko (NYR), Owen Tippett (FLA), Filip Chytil (NYR),
Trevor Zegras (ANA)... This Forward group will be fun to watch with many skilled and fast player.

Pretty sure swayman is 22. He’s had more NHL success than Primeau or Luukkonen. Actually more than knight for that matter.

Yes you were right Swayman is elegible for the team being 22 until november 24. If I had used the world junior rules he would not have been able to be with the team. Knight had better playoff performance coming out of college. Knight is also 3 years younger and I believe is more talented. I Decided to Remove Luukkonen to make place for Swayman.
