You did well getting rid of Schmidt when you did, he's looked pretty good for the Jets in pre-season but there's a lot of term left on that deal, doubt it's gonna age well, seems like an inevitable cap dump or buyout.

In hindsight it was a safe gamble, give up a 3rd get a potential top 2/4 guy back if not flip him again for what u gave up.. just didn’t fit nobody’s fault there
