LOL Tampa is already over the cap, Noway can they afford jack Eichel and Kevyn Adams says he's not retaining on Eichel a 3rd team will need to be involved. Tampa as it is has 0 cap space next summer and dealing Cirelli for a more expensive Eichel makes zero sense.

I wonder if Kucherov heading to long-term IR might make this possible.

Supposedly Kucherov wont be out long term. And Eichel still needs his neck surgery and supposedly the timeline on his healing is 3 to 4 months. Probably about the time Kucherov would be back i'd suppose. Eichel is the last one Tampa needs unless JBB can move out both Stamkos and Sergachev.

Tampa has 6.5 mil next year and only needs 2 depth forwards and a backup

I mean, there's nothing saying we couldn't add Sergachev to the deal...

Not sure where you're coming up with that figure, because here on capfriendly it show's them being $1,000,000 over the cap next summer.

Use acgm, cap friendly can’t account for seabrook being on LTIR next year until tampa does it

Kinda silly to make this post of the Sabres, when really it's Tampa looks like it serious cap issues this year and next year.
In your opening line you say "Tampa clear space". They certainly don't acquiring Eichel. Seabrook is meaningless for any cap reasons.

I don't see Palat (5.3 million), Maroon (900k), Ruuta (1.3 million), and Elliot (900k) resigning (8.4 million total). They'd need to fill a 4C, 4LW, a bottom pairing defender and a backup goalie. If you plug in system guys into their lineup as of right now, they're about 1 million over the cap.

Ideal, no, but could it be done? Sure.

Firstly they have bogo under contract for next year so they have their 6 dmen set. And if you throw in Tampa’s ahl guys and a backup from their ahl team they still have 4 mil in space. Idk what you did
