The extension is reasonable, I'd make this trade if that came with it. But what message does that send to the rest of the roster? Especially Pulock and Pelech, who just took discounts. Rielly doesn't owe the Isles anything, but I don't think that Lou signs a guy for more than he just gave Pulock ($6.15) or Pelech ($5.75).

100% had that same thought but I can't see Morgan accepting a 6mil deal. I think you could could also look at it in a different way where these guys took less to stay so we can add more star power like Morgan? Just a thought but yeah it could get tricky because of those deals. I just love the idea of shoring up the dcore with Rielly, makes that top 6 look stellar
