Of course. Sabres want alot for Eichel. The equivalent of 4 firsts. But that is most likely not happening. However Buffalo has refused to budge on their asking price. So If they were to do a trade then it would have to be kinda close to that.

The issue with this trade is that their is no high end prospect, which is the first thing Buffalo would want if they were to lower their asking price. Also they would want that prospect to be a forward, due to how deep their pipeline is with young Dmen.

Colorado 1st's will most like be around pick 30th, so they lose some value.

So two caps dumps, 2 late firsts, and a former late round pick isn't giving Buffalo what they want.

Sakic would never trade that and 1st round picks for Kessel. He isn't worth that for the Avs...Don't see Eichel going to Arizona. He wants to go to a team that will be in the playoffs. Just my opinion

Absolutely terrible for Avalanche!! Why not just add Byram,Mackinnon,Mikko and Cale in the deal to since your ****ting all over them....
