No 8 pick here we come

I mentioned it a couple of weeks ago we need a genuine rebuild with the right guy at the helm

This team isn’t going anywhere

I agree with one exception. Hoffman and Toffoli are on great contacts both are very good nhl players that every team needs. Why trade them. The cap world is tricky to navigate if you have two 30 goal scorers signed cheap for the next three years you do not trade them at all. They are basically most keeps in a cap world and how would you ever replace them with that value it’s basically impossible.

number 8? that sounds terrible. Needs to be a top-5 minimum this year

That is why they are near the bottom of the list, I would trade them IF the price was right. Basically everyone from Hoffman on back would only be traded for an upgrade or if we were given an offer hard to refuse.

I know
But as I’ve stated before the habs are stupid and you and I both know deep down they the habs at some point will go on some sort of winning streak and end up picking 8

Off the top of my head
Wright

Savoie
Lambert
Kemell
Miroschnichenko
Cooley
Yurov

Lekerimaki
Howard
Nasar
Jiricek
Nemec
Casey
Geekie
Slavkovsky

Top 5-7 are pretty good especially if someone takes a sleeper

But I really like those top 3, Wright and savoie might be very strong down the middle, and if lambert can get going he’s a special talent

He and lambert are my favourites outside of Wright

Both look awesome

I’d be thrilled with any of those 3 plus maybe savoie(kid can skate)
