The Isles shouldn't trade Mayfield (at least right now). Our defense is already an issue with Greene/Chara playing every night. Creating another hole wouldn't do us any good. I loved Hamonic when he was on LI but his time has passed IMO. I'd prefer to stay away from that contract. If you're looking for RD I would think the Isles consider trading Wilde (he's not vaxxed)

Mayfield is a tough loss but if they can get the old Hamonic back it's a big opportunity for the Isles to get an elite scoring group formed.

They still need LHD bad...
