Nothing wrong with this. I think Nashville proved that they didn't like RNH as much as Johansen in the past. Still not a bad deal. I think McLeod is far from a cap dump.

At first, when you commented, I was thinking that yeah maybe you are right. But I looked at their advanced stats and just from remembering that Wideman is a more offensive Dman than Russell is. Oilers already have Benning, Larsson, Nurse, even Klefbom to do the dirty work. Wideman (if even needed, but just as depth) can be that depth Dman that only starts in the O zone.
