Serious overpay for Namestnikov, and I’m a Wings fan

Kinda figured you’d need to overpay for him where hes putting up great stats as a middle 6 guy. I feel thats what Stevie Y would ask, but if it was up to you, how would you do the “trade”

Honestly he’s prob not worth much more than a 3rd and some change but the roll he plays and the passion he has for being a Wing make him hard to part with; I don’t think a 3rd would be worth it for Det. Maybe a couple 3rds or a 3rd plus a 4th or conditional pick could do it. If it was me, I’d try for a player swap with Travis Dermott? Det has a severe lack of “immediate” depth at LD, currently only ost is signed beyond this season and even if they bring back Leddy for another year, that leaves a top 4 spot needing to be filled (Edvinsson prob needs a year in GR).
