Don’t remind me… I wanted Zegras, Mercer I wanted but wasn’t mad when they picked Holloway, and still think Holloway could become the better player. Wallstedt, I did not want, and do not want on the oilers. I’m happy with the Bourgault, and Munzenberger picks. I always thought Zegras was the obvious pick.

What? Why wouldn't you?

I get having preferred targets and all, but why wouldn't you want a potential franchise level goalie for the Oilers? It's what the Oilers need most, especially if they want a cup.

The issues with JW I heard from a goalie expert is he may be the type to peak early but not necessarily peak high. He may be close to as good as he’s going to get in a year or two and that Cossa had the higher ceiling overall.
