Description

It shows that Tampa would be over the salary cap because I cant add all of the retaining that is happening here. So with Rutta’s actual cap hit of 650k and Strålman’s actual cap hit of 1,375mil Tampa would actually be 125,712k under the cap.

Thoughts on the trade, is it good or is losing Foote and a pick too much for basically Strålman, even though he’d add nice defensive presence to the bottom pair?

You can't trade a player, then trade for said player with retention.
