Dahlen and Barabanov are underpaid here. Wouldn’t want Tierney at that cost either.

I think their AAV is right around where it will be for a 1-2 year contact. 1-2 million per is where they’ll end up. If they have another solid 30-40 point season like they’re set to have this year then they’ll be 2-3M per. Also Tierney might not be a 40 point guy but he’s responsible in his own zone and a good faceoff/penalty killer. 3rd line center is where he belongs. Sharks need more of that. Maybe 4M is an over payment but I think he would be great back on the team.

I’d rather pay Dahlen or Barabanov $4 mil and tierney $2. Barabanov has said he wants the same deal Fabbri has which is $4 mil. Not that he will for sure get that
