Sadly what I think they will do

Created by: nw1024
Team: 2021-22 Boston Bruins
Initial Creation Date: Feb. 21, 2022
Published: Feb. 21, 2022
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Lindholm would be an awesome get for the B's if Anaheim decides to sell him. 1st and Urho may do it for a rental, 3rd tossed in for the salary retention, maybe make it a second if that's the going rate for retention? Bruins and Ducks have trade history as well, so maybe something like this could happen with them.

Can't see a major move being made up front though. Hope to god I am wrong as this team needs a major piece, but just not sure who Sweeney would subtract here. Jarnkrok is a consistent secondary contributor but doesn't put you over the top. Still some cap space to work with so who knows.

My only thing is that Vaakanainen isn’t a need for Anaheim

Fair enough. Thought process was replacing Lindholm with a cheaper/younger defenseman. Would the Ducks be interested in one gently used Jake Debrusk?

Nah probably not

Maybe make it like a 3 way deal with Lindholm to Boston Hague and a 1st to Anaheim and a 2nd and maybe someone else as well to Vegas from Boston. I’d be happy with that if it were to happen
