Pens trade Nashville

Created by: LetsGoPens69
Team: 2021-22 Pittsburgh Penguins
Initial Creation Date: Mar. 6, 2022
Published: Mar. 6, 2022
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Predators fans?? Would Nashville be interested in trading L.Kunin and P.Myers..??

Kunin’s QO next season is 2.3M. Kappy’s is 840k. Kappy has arbitration rights so he won’t take the 875k. But he probably won’t get the 3.2M he’s getting this season either; even if he takes it to an arbitration hearing. I would say he gets 2M-2.75M.

Guerin(Kraken GM) loves Zucker. They need wingers on their NHL roster as well. Badly. Getting Zucker at 5M for next season, for a rental, is a good deal in my opinion.

Especially if they want to trade him to a contender at next seasons trade deadline and retain another 2M-2.5M. Zucker at 2.5M-3M for one year would bring back good value to a contender. Better than Jarnkrok.

Not defensively and physically. Kunin is top 5 in “hits” in the NHL. And contributes offensively more than enough.

Geno plays “bully ball”. Bigger, more physical players; players who like to go to the net; players like J.Neal, Hornqvist, J.Ignila, B.Guerin, M.Hossa, B.Rust, P.Dupres, Heinen, even D.Perron play well with Geno. Players like Kunin.

Smaller, less physical players like Kessel, Zucker, C.Sheary, D.Sprong, KAPPY don’t play well with Geno.

Since being Reunited with Geno and Heinen, Kapanen has 2 points in his last 3 games. Thats improvement. Kunin hasnt had any points his last 5 games. Also Kunin is 13th in hits not top 5. Kapanen has been playing good defensively as well.

Right behind ZAR. He’ll have 200 plus “hits” as a top 6 winger. Ya, I’ll take that.

And has more goals than Kappy. Kappy has 2 goals this year so far..lol.

Of course Kappy has more assists. And not by enough to be significant either. And not an accurate portrayal of production in with analytics now. Kunin way better analytically. Offensively and defensively.

Come on man, Kappy has looked overmatched most all season. And takes shifts off. I’m not even gonna argue this. Have a good day!!

It’s becomes so stupid to continue to post..lol. Every time, it just goes in circles and start to repeat..lol.

And it’s not like you’re gonna change my opinion or me change yours.

And I think we both understand each other point. I understand yours. I think you understand mine.

We are just gonna go in circles repeating ourself using semantics and rhetoric to change it up alittle bit.

It’ starts getting dumb.
