Arizona Trade in terms of value:
Mrázek, Petr - Cap Dump - Call it negative 2nd rounder
Kerfoot, Alexander - 1st rounder value + a B prospect (similar to Kapanen trade)
Holl, Justin - 2nd round value (maybe a 3rd)
Knies, Matthew [Reserve List] - High end prospect
Niemelä, Topi [Reserve List] - High end prospect
2022 1st round pick (TOR) - late first

So lets say 2 first rounders and 2 high end prospects of value going to Arizona.

(AND yes Kerfoot could fetch a 1st and NO Holl is not a cap dump)

Crouse - Worth a 2nd +. Maybe a 1st.
Chychrun - Worth 1 first and 2 high end propects.

MAC worth 2nd + B Prospect. That is more than fair. I understand Toronto is currently on his NT List, But I can see that changing before the deadline.

Chara worth a 3rd-5th round pick based on name alone. Dermott worth about a 3rd. Dermott would be a good addition for this year and next year to New York. Low risk move. Chara would be great to add to Toronto's D Depth for a long playoff run. Maybe 1 for 1 deal? So remove the pick.
