Wow i like this for both teams. Seems like a pretty good fit, I have been wondering if the Preds will keep Kunin or not. Seems likea nice trade chip that could be used to beef the team for a run. Kunin on BOs would be solid.

I've posted this one on here a few times. I really like it. Do you think Boston would do it 1-for-1 though?

Kunin is a solid player. Not sure why he has taken a step back this year. But Debrusk would likely fit Hynes system really well.

I’ve also posted this before when Debrusk wasn’t doing anything and preds fans acted like I traded debrusk for Forsberg it’s funny how people change their minds every few weeks on this website

Kunin's ceiling is bottom-6. No thanks.

I agree, but I don't think that rules out a trade. DeBrusk's inconsistent effort makes him a poor fit for top-six OR bottom-six, whereas at least Kunin competes hard and could be a successful bottom-six forward with above average offensive upside in that role. Who knows what the forward corps looks like moving forward, especially in the bottom six with Lazar and Blidh as UFA's this summer and Smith and Nosek as UFA's next summer. If the Bs are certain they can sign Kunin at or below his QO on a two-or-three year deal, I like the add.

With that being said, DeBrusk's value is higher than Kunin's right now and I'm not sure the team would be comfortable sliding Kunin in to that top line role either. So this deal has to include something extra from Nashville - either a pick or prospect - to even out the value and allow the B's to balance their trade capital if they have to send assets elsewhere for a RW1. I personally wouldn't mind adding Alexander Campbell or Ryan Ufko, a couple mid-round college prospects having good seasons.
