I mean I have never thought any of what you just said to be true but, I think it makes sense for a team like Edmonton or Buffalo to claim him. Mrazek is not as bad as he's played for us and is an upgrade for Edmonton next year in a weak UFA goalie market.

You can make the cap floor in buffalo on a shorter term with a guy who can actually play. Edmonton if they can win a round or two would become more desirable for UFA or a trade
