If you don't address the Avs' clear and stated need for a high quality young defender for Duchene then the answer is a clear and easy no. It's just that simple.

The habs won't let Beaulieu go for nothing in the expansion, actually he could be a piece that fits under the category of a high quality young defender in the duchene trade.

Good idea to give Radulov a contract until he is 37. Lots of forwards get BETTER as they pass 35.
