If Sandin is healthy by game 1, then that makes the decision between him and Liljegrin very difficult. But if he isn't, then Liljegrin>Holl.

I think that Mrazek plays at least one conditioning game with the Marlies before he comes back, like Andersen, but if healthy, he should be the immediate backup.

1st line stays the same, but the rest could be juggled. I think that Nylander makes his way back up, but it could be with Kerfoot, Mikheyev, or Kase. I think that it will be based off of who is hot towards the end of the regular season, so I went with the safe pick of Kerfoot.

This means that Mikheyev and Kampf are both on the shutdown line, but Kase and Engvall are interchangeable. However, my ideal line has Kase on the 3rd, with Engvall on the 4th.

Depending on how rough/dirty the series gets, Blackwell might end up sitting a few games for a guy like Simmonds or Clifford. Same goes for Spezza if he is not playing the greatest. If this is the line, Blackwell should take the responsibilities of the centre, but Spezza should take the draws.
