Well if he’s attractive to a few teams it’s because his cap hit is huge but his dollars are low, meaning said team is probably bad (ARI, SEA) so he just puts the teams on his NTC that can fit him under the cap and aren’t contends, right?

I’m trying to say if there is a clear group of teams that want him for the reasons above, it’s easier to block a trade like that

He's literally already waived to Seattle. Its also close to home for him and that is something he has said he wants.

There is not guarantee he will waive but there is a pretty decent shot considering Stralman waived from a contender to Arizona last summer
