    I think you might actually be over-paying for Tavares...

    If you want to get rid of Bennett, call the Wild...I'll take him in a heartbeat!

    Besides the overpayment for Oshie not bad. Probably the most reasonable trade for JT I have seen. Don't know how the Isles could say no to that.

    Isles will give you Halak for free. That's a lot give up for one year of Tavares. Oshie is good, but he does play with Backstrom and Ovi. That's an overpayment for him.

    I do truly believe that Tavares wants to remain in NY, however, should he spurn us this is one of the better trades I've seen. Nice job

    As a flames fan i know for a fact nyi would never give up tavares for that.
