I don't mind it on a 1yr deal. I think he would bring a lot of value to our younger guys taking the next step. And if kuzmenko signs here it could help both him and podkolzin with the transition.

In this scenario there is still lots of cap flexibility. (Forgot to add it in here but I would try to get Pittsburgh to take Ferland in the Miller deal)
