I think there is a chance he is available. I don't know how good of a chance that is, but these drafts are so unpredictable. As for Nelson, I'm a fan. Offensive, RHD. Who would you rather have there?

Salomonsson is too high for the struggles he has had in the SHL in my opinion.

Could also see Washington going for Miro should he get to that pick. They've gone for risks in the past, such as Lapierre, and any question of work ethic could best be avoided by giving Miro the incentive to play with and be coached to be the next Ovi in DC. Also having Kuzy, Orlov, and Samsonov as fellow countrymen probably wouldn't hurt. The Lymphoma diagnosis will set him back some, but I have faith that it won't stunt his growth too badly.
