Overpaid Hyman. You also overpaid Leipsic, not sure why anyone would push up a guy who has played ZERO SEASONS in the NHL $1.2M.

You haven't given up enough for Trouba.

Shea Theodore isn't the one you want from Anaheim and I sure am not giving up that much for a guy one season in. As well you haven't helped their cap situation or helped their expansion situation.

Your deal doesn't cut it for Trouba, Kapanen+Gardiner+Toronto's 2017 2nd round pick is probably what it takes. Winnipeg needs Goaltending and Defense and your proposal doesn't help in that regard.

I would probably give that package for Vatanen, But zero chance i would give that up for Theodore.

I don't think that package gets anyone from ANA. Sure the value may be comparable but the fact that Carrick is a dman that would need to be protected makes the trade almost utterly pointless for the ducks.
