I hope both Liljegren and Sandin get offer sheet $4,000,000 each, That would definitely screw the Leafs cap wise.

I've seen some assertions that Liljegren isn't eligible for an offer sheet and I haven't found a definitive answer anywhere. I assumed all RFAs could get an offer sheet, and after reading through the different RFA rules/definitions I'm still not sure. Someone who is smarter than will have to clarify.
