Description

Washington trades with goalies have worked phenomenally in the past so I believe Samsonov would fit well and hopefully give length to being in Denver.

Nuke's deal should be more but knowing Sakic gave him a second chance he'll stick around for a million cheaper to help win.

Lehky I belives signs a bridge deal to test his value on the open market when it arises. (EDIT fixed lehkys contarct)
Manson's deal along with the depth options are equal IMO and bringing back an old player in Namestinkov

lehky part i messed up on hell be at 3.5-4 million.

And why tf would we not keep Kuemps and get Samsonov? He’s not the better goalie and we are trying to win now.

kuemper can easily walk, this if he doesn't resign and goes to EDM or somewhere for more than we would offer

No way Caps accept. Think they trade Vanecek instead of Samsonov. Still think Samsonovs worth more than an AHL player and a 5th round pick
