Easy sharks decline. Kahkonen is the starter next year. Don’t need a 4th liner in Kubel. And adding a high 2nd for a late 1st in 3 years is laughable

Doubt Nuke takes anything less than 6 x 6 same with Copp. And you're not winning a cup with that goaltending.

I would do Adin Hill for this. That sharks pick might actually be worth more than the Avs one

even tho tampa won colorado still played well, maybe even outplayed them. goaltending was an issue tho

I am curious to see what Sakic does with goaltending... I know they are high on Annunen, but he is not ready yet. I almost think they go with a 1 year rental to team with Francouz if Kuemper gets a big deal from another team. Something like Fleury or Varly.

I like the idea of going for a higher upside guy but I think spending on Goaltender is a lower priority than re-signing some of the UFA players

I think Nuke sees how valuable he is in this system and how he wasn't valued in Dallas. I wouldn't mind an 8 yr deal at a slightly lower AAV to stay playing alongside MacKinnon and Landeskog for the rest of my career.
