Description
The Arizona trade I know is a stretch, but figured Konecny, 5th overall and throw in Seeler or Attard for Chychrun and next years first. Seems pretty fair considering that will give them 4 first round picks in 2022, 3, 5, 27, 32. Thought of switching Phillys 5th for 27th or 32nd.

Yes I agree Seattle taking on JVR is a bit much, but trading a 6th for 4th and only a year left on contract, figured screw it. Might chip in 20 goals.

arizona would never give up their next year pick. I think they are planning on rebuilding in 2023 as well

Doubt it happens but not a huge stretch, (theres a big difference between throw in Seeler and Attard though). The 5th overall for a pretty sure bet and 50+ pt Koneckny is a pretty good base for Chychrun and a likely lower 2023 pick, but PHI probably adds a solid prospect like a Desnoyers or Tuomaala.

For PHI, one year re-tool/rebuild is not in the works, but I like the idea of building that defense with Provorov/Sanheim/Chychrun/Ristolinen/York/Attard being 28 yrs old or less with only Sanheim (UFA) not being affordable/under contract for the next 3 years.

Not bad, but cant see that Gaudreau deal. When you consider you could address two quality forwards in UFA instead for that 10mil.

Brink and Brown are probably not ready/good enough, and not quite sure on Lindblom/Tippett/Cates, making alot of difficulty on the wings, so instead of giving Gaudreau 10mil, you could sign Burakovsky and Domi or Marchment and Giroux or Nick Paul and Palat or Killorn. Solid producing vets to help the kids develop.

funny I was looking at something like that bring a couple guys like Domi and Burakovsky. I think Brink will be alright. Brown yeah I'm not sold either. Thought about a what if the Cates brothers got together and made a shut down forward line (Noah is looking promising, Jackson dunno especially playing center). Would like to see Foerster get some time this year too. Also thought of moving Sanheim or Provorov since I have a feeling one is going to get moved either this offseason or by trade deadline.
