Description

Note: I hope whoever Hextalls guy is, he is aggressive in making sure he is drafted by the pens. Whether he can be comfortably picked at 21, or Pitt has to trade up to 16 or down to 25. We have to capitalize on our pick.

These players are not ordered in terms of which I like the most. But are just put into tiers.

The first tier is the first 4 players, and are the high risk, high reward tier.

The next tier only has 1 player and it is the Frank Nazar tier. I think Nazar is probably gone, but I think there is a fair chance he is available. I think he falls in between the two tiers so I gave him his own.

The next tier consists of 5 players, and this tier are players the pens could target that are probably available at 21. Some players lick Gaucher could be gone but all these guys could be there.

The final tier consists of Kulich and Howard is just a sub tier of players from the last tier, that I like a little less. There are other players that could be in this tier, like some DMEN like Pickering and such
