Help McJesus and Draisaitl out a bit

Description
Canucks fan here. Watched a few Oilers games this year and they have quite a few things to address over the offseason so I want to give a try at it. My plan is to sort of just go all in until we have to resign McDavid and Draisaitl... It's not very often when you have arguably two of the top 5 players in the league on your team.

I plan to bolster goaltending and defense while sacrificing some forward depth. After smith, keith, kassian, and barrie's contracts all expire it will be draisaitl's contract year but by then we will have around 15 million to make a contender team. If we don't win a cup by the time McDavid and Draisaitl expire, we might be entering the dark ages in oil city again.

Reasonings:
1. Klefbom to LTIR: honestly I think Klefbom's career is most likely done. Tragic way to end.
2. sign ville husso 6 x 6. Don't think St. Louis will be able to afford him since they also have to sign David Perron and also a BUNCH of forwards next year.
3. Chychrun trade: This is where **** hits the fan. I have no idea if this trade would actually pass or not...
4. Ceci trade: since ceci expires the same year as draisatil, I want to free up 3 mil in order to fill up the rest of the missing forward spots for this year.
5. rest of the forwards were just signed to fill the roster. I like ryan mcloed's play in the few games I watched.

From an outside perspective, broberg isn’t as good of a piece as he used to be, development has lacked. Lavoie is a good piece and in his draft year I wanted Carolina to take him so I think he is a good player and rank him a little better than he actually may be but he isn’t the piece for this deal. The 2023 first is very enticing, especially unprotected. I’m not saying Edmonton is gonna miss the playoffs but if all goes wrong and mcdavid and drai both get injured for substantial amounts of time it could heavily backfire in edmontons face. Tbh if I were to do a trade for chychrun in Edmontons shoes I would have Holloway as the forward instead of lavoie. Broberg can stay but I don’t know how much I would want him as AZ, especially with other pieces like soderstrom. The unprotected 2023 is the wildcard and I think AZ values that highly because Edmonton is so too heavy that if both or even just one of their top 2 goes down it could be a lottery pick. I’d throw in pulju in the trade because that is piece so many teams want and AZ could flip him if they wanted. I think that is a deal that could get chychrun to Edmonton

Foegele on the 1st line isn't going to help McJesus and Draisaitl out. In fact it will probably do the exact opposite.

6x6 for Husso ... not even Ken Holland would be dumb enough to do that
