Description

Stop bringing back ex Blackhawks !! We don't need 35 year old beat up Patrick Sharp or soon to be 38 year old Brian Campbell resigned. Time to move on and stop living in the past.
Unless the cap goes way up after this season the Hawks are going to be a team with a core of Toews, Kane, Keith, Seabrook, Panarin, Hjalmarsson, Hossa and Crawford until their contracts end with rookies and 3/4 liners mixed in.
Stop trading Panarin and Anisimov, they aren't moving. Same with Seabrook. No one is taking that contract.
Personally I think the Stanley Cup days are behind us. Hawks will be a competitive team but won't be a cup contender until these 1st and 2nd year players get some more experience. I don't think there will be drastic changes in Chicago

I am really excited about Fortin and Debrincat, but I don't see them starting on opening night. Maybe one will make the transition later in the season. Also the team is not going to have Glass as a back up more likely they sign Kuemper, Budaj or Kinkaid.
