That equals a total of 25.175m available to to sign all our rfa contracts.

If we really could hope tampa to sign Ondrej Palat, it would have been done in the next couple of days following the Mcdonagh trade. But it did not happened. So it lets me think he wont come back. Maybe he was asking for to much.
