Description

Instead of signing Rutta back, have to get a 3rd pair LD and I think Maatta is the perfect guy for that. Also, I think Mikheyev is the perfect addition for the 3rd line/penalty kill role. He and Paul could provide a great PK group. Also, look for extensions for Cireli, Sergachev, and Cernak.

Mikheyev is going to get around 5 million, probably from a team with excess cap space. I just don’t see the fit with him in Tampa.

Probably but he would be a great addition for the middle 6 and someone who can kill penalties. We will see what happens.
