Description

For salaries, I think you get more out of
Motte>>>Reaves (Motte puts more pressure on the other team. Reaves punches people but only had 2 fights and a minus 13 +/- Motte can also play up in the lineup if needed. Not Reaves
Vatrano>>>Goodrow (I do like Goodrow's game but not at that price. For that price could of had a lot more offence, still pk and be on the pp. Goody=no pp 3rd/4th liners should be half of Goodrow's pay. We need shooters at 5vs5 in the top 6.
It's to late for Vatrano/Goodrow switch but not Motte/Reaves.
I like the lines. Good balance, roll 4 lines to stay fresh later in the season. Kid line stays intact for 3rd line instead of a grab bag. Chytil needs consistency on his wings
This is pretty close to what they ended the season with. Be nice to see what a full season looked like with close to that group.

I get that the kids line was good in the playoffs and you want to retain that success but if guys like Kakko and Laf are going to become central pieces of this team they need to play in the top 6, thus why Vatrano couldnt stay

I completely agree with the Reaves vs Motte analysis and would love Motte back

also, definitely agree he's a huge upgrade over Reaves, but fwiw I think the reason Reaves only had two fights is because the entire league knows he'd beat the living **** out of them
