Description

In my opinion, this is the best roster that I can put together while also staying under the cap. The rules I followed were simple:

1. No ELC's allowed
2. Must have had at least 2 years left on their deal prior to the start of the 2022-2023 season, meaning the earliest a contract can expire is after the 2023-2024 season.

Ryan Hartman costs you $1M less than Kunin for 3x the production. Trust me, SJ got fleeced on that trade and contract. Kunin is nothing more than a warm body that takes penalties at the worst possible moment.
