1st, how does that trade help out the Ducks?
2nd, I don't see Liljegren available at 13th for you guys.

Well, the Ducks situation is a unique one. We know they dont want to lose one of their stud Dmen for nothing, but you're right, the return they are looking for is very specific. I figured they'd want some extra help in the middle 6 in case they lose a young unprotected forward.

I agree that 13th would be tough to land Liljegren. With Theodore we may not even need to add the 1st round pick to the trade for Trouba. I barely have confidence in him being there at 9.

Theodore is exempt though. Trade Vatanen and have Bieksa waive or buy him out and you are good to go.
