This is making us worse. We get downgrade our 1c, on a good contract, who was 2nd place in Selke voting, for, at best a 3c and stay the sameish on defense, while getting a few rounds higher

brutal trade for flames. why get Calgary get rid of arguably one of their most valuable players in Lindholm who was voted 2nd in Selke voting for a player that played 3rd line centre for most of the season. Weegar is also a better player then Girard. if lindholm ever gets traded there is going to be a first round pick involved, not a 4th. Calgary doesnt win anywhere in this trade. This doesnt adress any needs for calgary either
