Why is Vancouver paying extras on this?

Miller > Reinhart

I know Florida doesn't have a first, but the picks should be swapped.

I don't think this works, mostly because of cap management. If Florida wants to do another sign and trade with Miller, the top line of Miller-Barkov-Tkachuk sounds absolutely murderous locked up long-term, but don't think they'll have those assets to offer.
