I actually really like the idea of bringing in PK here and was thinking about this myself.

Sens need a stop-gap RD until some combo of JDB, Thompson & Branstromm can really take full-time top 4 minutes (I think Brasntromm is mostly there already). PK needs a bounce back, he has been picked on a lot because of his past contract and his drop in play, but the fact he isn't signed yet shows he could be brought in cheap, without costing you any assets, and I believe he could still fill 2nd pairing and def a 3rd pairing role.
