On my proposed team I traded Foegele to Buffalo for their 2023 5th pick to help them stay above the cap floor, and give them some size and experience on their third line. They need to not rush Jack Quinn, or at least give him some size (Foegele) on his line.

Personally, speaking of the Foegele exchange, I thought that Winnipeg might be more interested in strengthening their third line than Buffalo, I think Buffalo, unfortunately, will be an outsider this season.
Relegating Ryan to the AHL team is a necessary measure due to the fact that we are tightly pressed to the ceiling, this move gives us the necessary space, besides, the promotion of Griffith gives us an experienced skilled player, roughly similar in type to Ryan. I was pleased if Holland made such a trade for McCarron, a very useful fellow, he would fit into our squad like a glove.
