Just trying some stuff out, money and terms are probably wrong, I just wanted to see what I could do without Matthews' cap. Realistically, we would trade Matthews at the TDL before he goes into free agency.

1. Matthews is never going to be traded at the deadline, if he states next year he’s not going to resign, you either move him in the off season or you play out the year because he’s that good.
2. Why let Nylander walk too only to pay a 32 y/o JT Miller?

Miller isn’t signing a contract below $40 million. I highly doubt he makes it to free agency anyway
