This is only a 22 man roster so roughly 1 mil in cap space, how do you plan on resigning price and danault next season? Not to mention you traded away 3 good picks and 3 young players wgo haven't reached their full potential yet and anisimov isn't a solution to montreal's problems at C. This would set this team back years.

I would make that trade with the Hawks any day though. Anisimov might not be the ultimate fix at center but he would definitely be an upgrade compared to Plekanec, and his salary is pretty reasonable too. I have zero interest in Eberle though, I'd much rather keep Gallagher in the top 6.

I dunno texus8, anisimov is a 45 point center when he plays with panarin and kane he'd maybe be a 40 point center for montreal.. habs are better off trading their assets for players that could reach 60 points potentially, danault and plekanec are both capable of anisimov production.
