Just a thought. If Pastrnak were to not resign with the Bruins which I do not think will happen, would the Bruins try to package him for the 1OA? Just trying to find the value of the 1OA pick. Considering Coyle waives his NMC and Pastrnak signs an extension with them, is this a fair trade? If so, Bruins draft Bedard and get a great young center after Bergeron and Krejci retire. Blackhawks build a solid foundation with a proven goal scorer and PPG player in Pasta, as well as a veteran third line center with term, and a young forward looking for a spot in the NHL.

Good offer from Boston.
Fair, but Boston have adventage.

Chicago décline because they rebuild and they need to trade Pastrnak again....

Rebuild is not Bedard case.
