Bellows probably signs for around $1M, but that basically covers the cap overage you have here.

If Dobson would say yes to 8x$7M I think you gotta sign that deal immediately.

Missed that overage and corrected the RFA contracts to better represent their value (forgive me for not being most in-tune with the NYI system). Thanks for the comment
